Although the provider is a Licensed Clinical Social Work and mental health therapist, these services are offered solely in a non-clinical capacity and do not establish a therapist-client relationship.

2. Scope of Coaching
Coaching is a guidance process and does not replace psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical care.

3. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions and programs will be treated with strict confidentiality, except where legal disclosure is required.
The confidentiality commitment remains in effect even after the coaching process has concluded.
4. Use of Materials
All materials provided (ebooks, guides, meditations, audio recordings, videos, or any digital resources) are for personal and non-transferable use only.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization from Elvia Méndez is strictly prohibited.
5. Bookings and Payments
Program or session bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
If installment payment options are offered, they must be fulfilled according to the agreed schedule.
Prices and conditions may be updated at any time, without affecting commitments already made.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All program and session purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with prior notice (minimum 24 hours).
In case of emergencies, an exception may be considered and rescheduled subject to availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elvia Méndez does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on each participant’s level of commitment, openness, and action.
Coaching provides tools and guidance; however, the ultimate responsibility for change and transformation rests with each client.
